We will celebrate 30 years this September (2018)!
What is your primary product or service?
We are a law firm that concentrates in Elder Law, Estate & Trust Planning and Administration and Business Succession Planning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The co-founding partner, Tim Casserly, has both a jd (law degree) as well as his CFP (Certified Financial Planner tm) certification.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We review the client's needs and develop a plan based on their objectives. We take into account their current health, financial and legal status and make our recommendations accordingly. In addition, we feel what sets apart is our exceptional client service. Our team greets our client's with warmth and compassion from the receptionist to the senior partner.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just the one in Albany.
