HRC is a not-for-profit educational training and development corporation dedicated to serving the needs of human service professionals, public sector employees and educators in a variety of areas including; Health and Wellness Intervention, Early Childhood Education and Development, Family Literacy, and Corrections and Civics Education. The agency was founded in 1989 by Barbara E. Smith Ed.D in response to a growing need for curricula and training resources in the adult education field. Today many of our services continue to enhance the lives of children and families in communities throughout our state as well as across the country.
