How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
We are a lending company that specializes in unbankable, problematic and unconventional commercial real estate transactions. Private residential note purchasing is also a part of our portfolio.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started as a real estate agent then moved into finance. I have been employed by some of the largest banks in the world. CitiMortgage, Washington Mutual and Chase.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We at Silent Partner Group don't take a cookie cutter aproach to lending. Each transaction is carefully examined as we work to solve the hurdles that make it unbankable.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and can work out of any coffee shop in America.

We are a commercial real estate lender. We also purchase private mortgages both residential and commercial.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mark Small and I (Eric Feder)own the company. In general I manage the deal submissions while Mark manages investor relations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday thru Friday 9 -5. We do check our email and phone messages regularly throughout the weekends and holidays however.
